Dear Patients,

Hope this letter finds you in good health and in high spirits as we wish you a very Happy New Year. 

As you may know we have always been committed to providing you with the highest quality dental care and ensuring that your experience with us is positive and comfortable. With that in mind, we are excited to inform you that Dr. Pooja Gupta has joined our practice. Dr. Gupta is a caring, talented, and compassionate professional, who shares my commitment to exemplar dentistry. From her, I am confident you will continue to receive the highest quality of care. She is a graduate of New York University College of Dentistry and has done her residency at Long Island College Hospital. Like me, she loves dentistry and is excited to meet you and continue serving your dental needs in our community.

After much thought and deliberation, I have decided to pursue my personal and professional goals by transitioning my practice to her, with a view towards retirement. It has been a pleasure and an honor to have been a provider for you and your family for so many years. After a long and careful search, I have chosen Dr. Gupta, to continue my philosophy of care, and patient centered practice in mind.

The office location, telephone number, hours, and your scheduled appointments will remain the same.  While the practice will now operate under a new name, White Birch Family Dental, all of the clinical staff will continue in their jobs and are excited to work with Dr. Gupta, ensuring familiarity during this change.  You will still receive the same personalized care and attention from our staff that you have always enjoyed.

Dr. Gupta and I have worked hard behind the scenes to make the transition seamless, and having the confidence in my successor has made it much easier. I sincerely thank you for your support and confidence. I hope you exhibit the same trust and confidence in Dr. Gupta in the future.
